Yoga is becoming HONEST, more OPEN, JUDGMENT-FREE & LOVING to others

Yoga is not practised only in the studio or on a mad. The real yoga happens on the street, in the supermarket, with your friends, at work or with your partner.

It’s all about the way you interact, about the level of consciousness while connecting with others. Yoga is about being open, vulnerable and honest with others. And that can be difficult. Sometimes It’s just easier to do crazy challenging poses and think then that we are great, super flexible and amazing yogis.

But, “are we really flexible and open?”. The real place to bend, open up and be flexible is out there in the world while being with others. If doing yoga, in the studio, we are able to open & bend our bodies. In parallel, we can be open and bend our minds too!

Yoga means union. Part of a whole. How can we become one if we are afraid of the neighbour or afraid to speak up? Yoga is becoming honest, more open, judgment-free and loving to others. That creates real connection. And it is the way to freedom and peace.

Here our tips:

1) Bend, flex, stretch:
Respect others opinions, learn from different people, embrace the unknown, be able to change your ideas, absorbe the new and transform.
* that is real flexibility

2) Reach out, open up:
Share, connect with others, show vulnerability, speak your mind, be honest and daring: Creating genuine relationships.
* that is real strengh and will power

We all have our insecurities, our fears, our sorrows, our past. But everyday is an opportunity to try again and explore new ways experiencing life in its fullest. Try it! We are together on this.
