The alarm was early this morning. We did some breathing exercises and meditate. Looking forward to our coffee and thinking about all the things we had to sort out along the day. We put it all on paper. But felt a bit overwhelmed.
We went out for a walk and order a latte in a new cafe nearby. Still wondering about the things we had to do… Took a deep breath and focus on the beautiful coffee. The taste, the color, the smell. Our 5 senses were engaged. Felt a sudden sense of peace. ” We are capable, we can do this ” – we thought –
Sipping the coffee with full awareness. Confident and empowered. All it took to change the previous overwhelming feeling was ” to sip with love “
