Yesterday was a random fun day wandering, exploring Yuen Long in the new territories in HK. I started the day tired. One of those days when you just wanna stay in bed the whole day… (Nothing wrong with that). But it just amazes me how my mood and energy shifted by going with the flow. Staying immersed in the present moment and letting things flow spontaneusly is so energising! No planning for a day and not feeling bad about it. Simply staying present. Staying totally present – engaging fully when looking around, when shopping, when talking –
I ended up eating delicious street food -veggies with salty fish- yummie! And while savouring it I thought “this is really food for the soul” I am eating it so consciously, so present. Enjoying every bite.
The result of this immersion day: “Today I feel positive, motivated and extremely energised. Ready to do anything” Living in the present moment is a meditation in itself, a cleaning, a reset. A way to set you FREE to do what you are meant to do.
