YogaKore Does Wonders

I love Yoga and all its forms. Yoga is a lifestyle and following its path has been enlightening in so many ways. The results are felt in my Body, Heart and Mind. Becoming Stronger, Flexible and Open. I realised that all it takes is will power and self determination. The desire to be the best you can be in each moment. Every step in yoga is a step towards loving yourself. Taking care of your Body, Mind and Soul.

A few of months ago I discovered H-Kore and I was immediately hooked. You might be thinking, “how does that tie in with yoga?” Surprisingly, quite a lot. Let me explain; H-Kore is an amazing full body workout. You tone and strengthen each and every part, from glutes, to abdomen/core training, to arms and legs. In H-Kore classes, using a combination of bodyweight and Megaformer machines (which adds additional resistance), you perform slow and controlled exercises that really burn, but also connect you with your “Kore”.

After I tried a couple of sessions, we came up with the perfect combo: YogaKore!
Inspired by that connection with the “Kore”, I believe YogaKore is an amazing way to get stronger, fitter and flexible. Half of the time in class is spent working on the Megaformer, burning, toning and sweating. The second half of the class is spent stretching out those muscles, lengthening and relaxing, centering yourself. The class leaves you feeling exhilarated and ready for the day ahead. I love to be healthy, and I love to look good and toned too (who doesn’t!). WithYogaKore, you use your muscles and really feel you are toning, but you get the stretch and all the yoga benefits too. The 55 minute session fully engages your mind and body and bringing noticeable differences to the shape and strength of your body.

I loveYogaKore and I am stoked to share it with others. It is fulfilling and super inspiring to see my students empowered and transforming so much! If you haven’t tried it yet, join us. Transforming together. Where there is a will, there is a way.
