When we feel bad we tend to walk away. I realised sometimes I still find difficult to embrace all types of emotions. Life throws at us all kind of situations and experiences. And of course we get triggered. I choose love. I choose to stay empowered and think of goodness. But I gotta be truthful and I realise sometimes it’s just about embracing the insecurities and perhaps sadness or frustration. And that is also loving. Accepting and embracing the totality of our being.
I am getting better at not judging myself for how I feel. Sometimes I feel like I am on the top of the world. Sometimes I feel weak or insecure. And, guess what, when I accept the feelings at that moment, they fade away… They go away so quickly! We don’t need to walk away. We don’t have to judge ourselves.
Life turns joyful in an instant when we don’t judge ourselves!
