What is happiness? What defines happiness?
On board. About to take off to Sapporo, Japan. Going to hit the white powder and ski for a few days. Flying business. And feeling grateful. Humbly blessed.
However these questions keeping on popping up. I do know that all these adventures and material stuff bring a bunch of excitement and interesting encounters in our lives….
But going on a race – to the next – to the next. I just know that is not it!!

I am writing now 2 days later. Immersed in the now. Feeling alive. It does not come from what I am doing. But from staying fully present and immersed in what I am doing. I am here. Not in the past, not in the future. Just here. And looking around in white wonderland enables me to achieve this state. It’s beyond a mind-state. It’s a wonderful presence. I am alive. Fully alive. And I want to encourage you to take a pause. Just stay present. Feel the presence. The awareness. That goes beyond the excitement. Beyond “what” you do – “what” you have.

About Steffi

I feel my mission is to teach, inspire and empower others to be the best they can be. My biggest fulfilment is seeing others grow and evolve, going for their dreams and accomplishing their goals. My vision is a world in peace where people are conscious and involved with one another. A joyful world where we are free to learn and experience in order to release our maximum potential. My mottos: *Your life is Your playground *Where there is a will, there is a way *If your mind evolves, your body transforms *Live is to: live, experience, learn, fall, stand up again, enjoy, laugh, play, explore, discover, hug and repeat again... Until the last breath. Namaste everybody
